Step 1:

• Open Entourage.
  

Step 2:

1. In the First name field, type your first name.
   
   
2. In the Last name field, type your last name.
   
   
3. Click the right arrow button.

Step 3:

• Click the right arrow button.

Step 4:

• Click the right arrow button.

Step 5:

1. Click the I want to start using Entourage without importing anything radio button in the What do you want to import? area.
   
   
2. Click the right arrow button.

Step 6:

1. In the Your name field, type your name.
   
   
2. Click the right arrow button.

Step 7:

1. Select I already have an email address I'd like to use.
   
   
2. In the E-mail Address field, type your entire Island Email email address (e.g., yourname@islandemail.com).
   
   
3. Click the right arrow button.

Step 8:

1. Click the arrow box on the My incoming mail server is a(n) pop-up list and choose POP.
   
   
2. In the Incoming mail server field, enter
   pop.islandemail.com
   
   
3. In the Outgoing (SMTP) mail server field, enter
   mail.islandemail.com
   
   
4. Click the right arrow button.

Step 9:

1. In the Account ID field, type your entire Island Email email address (e.g., yourname@islandemail.com).
   
   
2. In the Password field, type your email password.
   
   
3. Note: Your password is case sensitive! Make sure CAPS LOCK is off when typing it.
   
   
4. Check the box next to Save password in my Mac OS keychainif you wish to have your password saved.
   
   
5. Click the right arrow button.

Step 10:

1. In the Account name field, type your entire Island Email email address (e.g., yourname@islandemail.com).
   
   
2. Check the box next to Include this account in my Send & Receive All schedule.
   
   
3. Click the Finish button.

Step 11:

• From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.

Step 12:

• Select your mail account in the list.

Step 13:

• Click the Click here for advanced sending options button.

Step 14:

1. Check the box next to SMTP server requires authentication.
   
   
2. Click the radio button in the Log on using area.
   
   
3. In the Account ID field, type your Island Email address (e.g., yourname@islandemail.com).
   
   
4. In the Password field, type your password.
   
   
5. Check the box next to Save password in my Mac OS keychain.
   
   
6. Click the OK button.

You are now ready to send and receive emails!
